DMS Career Summary

Jason came onboard in early 2007 to fill the Customer Support role at the DMS office. He’s key responsibility is to provide “helpline” software support. However, he is often involved in the creation/alteration of client databases as well as user training.

Currently studying APICS CPIM Certification.

Previous Career Summary

5 years within the High Level Aged Care Industry gaining exposure to commercial office administration within an environment of intense customer service focus. Responsible also for maintaining inventories such as kitchen food, chemicals & medical supplies.
