Career Summary:

Samantha’s experience includes 8 years in the building industry with CSR.  Her most recent role at CSR was as National Demand Planner for the company’s Timber Products division.  In this position Samantha was responsible for coordinating and managing the monthly forecasting process, as well as facilitating the Sales and Operating Planning Meetings.  In this role, Samantha was responsible for giving first line support to local and interstate Sales Teams (which included 30 personnel) in all facets of their forecasting processes.

Experienced in the support and maintenance of MRPII software systems (MFGPRO), Samantha was a member of the project team that implemented Oliver Wight Class “A” recognition programs for a number of CSR Timber products operations.

Samantha has first hand experience with inventory management systems, as a result of her role in managing the purchased finished products inventory. This also involved regular communications with Sales Teams and Customer Service in regards to deliveries from suppliers.

Specialist Skills:

Samantha has thre years experience of Demand Solutions™ Forecasting software at CSR and has been with Demand Management Systems for over 10 years.  The experience gained by using the Demand Solutions™ Forecasting software at CSR as a “customer user” enables her to relate to support and implementation questions that clients encounter.
 

Samantha has experience on assignment in the ‘Demand Manager’ role for a DMS client organisation.  This involved analysis, development and implementation of new processes and procedures for the client organisation.
